What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return if you are not satisfied.
To be eligible, contact our customer service at info@northwoodbest.com with your order number to start the return process. We will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. For damaged/defective/wrong items, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve it quickly.
What are your delivery costs?
We offer free delivery on all orders across the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package directly with the carrier. You can also use our Track your order page.
